1.  Domains
   • Do I own the Domain: Yes, all domains belong to you, although periodically need re-registering.
   • Can I transfer an existing Domain: Yes
   • Can I pick up my email from anywhere: Yes
   • Can I have more than one Domain: Yes
2. WYSIWYG Editor
   • How do I remove formating
     • Highlight Text and select the selected style again
     • Select text and click the erase icon to remove format
   • Can I upload files:
     • Image
     • File
     • Flash
   • Can I preview page: Yes click the preview icon
   • Spell Checker:
     • Click spell check icon, you will be prompted to download and install, do both.
     • Click spell checker again, spell checker will operate.
3. Support
   • Do I have to pre-buy support: No, you buy support as and when you need it, it is charged in 15 minute segments. This is equivalent to £40 / hour.
   • Can I customise any portion of the Site: Yes, contact Rowley Web and inform us of your requirements, we will give you a ball park figure, if you happy we can progress to a detailed specification of what you expect, providing a fixed price quote.
4. Who owns the site code
   • You can use and modify all code for your purposes, but cannot sell on without express permission.
   • Some code is Open Source, ie Free for you to use and modify, you cannot resell this code without express permission, but have no worries using it for your purposes, all license information is supplied in code.
   • I want to leave, how much does it cost: NOTHING, I will provide the code on CD including database structure and data for you to take anywhere you desire.
